Our
factory is specialized in induction cooker coil manufacturing,
it is apply in home induction cooker and industry &
commercial induction cooker,induction water heater,induction
oven,induction heater and so on.
We
can produce induction coil both complanate and wok-shape,
and using ferrite in bar-shape or fan-shape.
We
have produced the products size in  40cm,
400cm,the
inductivity from 40uH to 350uH, and the dimensions of
cross-section from 1mm2 to 5mm2,
they apply in 100V-400V, 200W-3500W.
Special
figuration and jelling technology help to make the produces
in to many kinds of shape to match different requirement,
such as complanate,wok-shape and hollow. By using distinctive
litz wire structure, high-temperature-standing enameled
wire and high flux ferrite,the transduction efficiency
of the coil is improved clearly; it let out less heat
when it is working and will be more durable. |
